The Headreast from MRT are in. They are fantastic OEM quality. The leather work and stitching is top notch! Driving for me is a lot more comfortable. For drivers whose head is about the same level as the stock headrests, it becomes an issue of compromising comfort. The stock units angle forward as you will see in the photos below the video. So you are left with a permannt chin tuck driving position with the seatback upright, or a gangsta lean seat back with head rest in a more suitable angle.
I believe I am the 1st customer to receive these and they are just beginning full production in various color options. I would say the leather grain somewhere between the standard leather package and the premium leather package.
The leather is not as finely grained as the premium. It prob is identical to the standard leather package. They are not the same identical shape as the stock headrests, and dont taper towards the top. Those are prob the only critical things I can find. Otherwise, the color match is perfect and anyone who doesn't know i got these, would never notice they are not from Ford.
