If all goes well I am leaning towards the Roush kit with standard calibration. Comes with 3 yr 36k mile. So Roush parts and my drivetrain would be covered until June 28, 2013 or 60,000 miles. As long as an ASE certified mechanic installs.

What appeals to me is the amount of OEM level development that goes into the Roush kit. The bottom half of the kit (intercooler) is actually so well engineered to OEM spec, they are sold to Ford Racing to be used with their Whipple kits. And there is no extra cost for the 3yr warranty.

My end goal is a street car with manageable power and under 10psi of boost. I am sure if I got a Whipple crusher kit, or Kenne Bell and built the motor for 15+ psi, i can build a dyno monster.

But for street use I would never be able to take advantage of all that power, nor have enough tire to control it.

I really like the Centrifugals as well (Vortech/Procharger) as they make good peak numbers. But I rather not have to go into the higher rpm ranges to get the torque.

Supporting mods to the Roush kit for initial daily use would be upper and lower control arms and carbon fiber one piece drive shaft. As well as the Boss 302 guage pod.

Can't forget the stance via FRPP Suspension Pak.

When I need to service my brakes, I will likely upgrade to FRPP GT500 Brembos.

No rush on the exterior. But will def get the CS edition front valence, Roush side skirts, and Roush deck lid spoiler.

Once my Ford 6 yr/60k warranty is out, I'll then get a smaller pulley, larger throttle body and and vortech cai, with custom tune.
