2011 Mustang Tilting headrest - Premium leather trim and white stitching

Since I purchased the 5.0, one of my small complaints were the non adjustable fore/aft headrests. I am not a taller guy, about 5'8, and my head is the same level and the stock head rest, where it curves forward.
So unless i tilt the seat back far enough, my head and neck feels cramped on longer drives.
