The 2011 GTR, from the factory, does the 1/4 mile in 11.9 sec @ 121 mph.
I was doing some searching on my old posts and remember AmericanMuscle got similar numbers with bolt ons, prior to their 100 shot.
So with the parts below, you can keep up with Godzilla and run 11.76 @ 119mph
+Cold Air intake
+Bama 93 Race tune
+Ford racing 4.10 gears
+Magnaflow off road x pipe
+Mangaflow cat back exhaust
+Nitto NT05R 18" Rear tires
They then added Racestar wheels and mickey Thompson M+H tires and ran 11.68 @ 120mph
Add Nitrous Express 100-Shot amd tune to the above and you will be running 10.93 @ 125.
I would presume anyway you cut it, the GTR will have any mustang out of the hole with its launch control and awd. But its awesome knowing for less than half the price with mods, the 5.0 can keep up in a straight line.
I would love to see a "Mustang vs GTR" night at the race track.
